Actim PROM™

Actim PROM™ is a fast, easy to use, one step immunochromatographic test for the detection for premature rupture of membrane (PROM).

Actim PROM™ detects the protein IGFBP-1 (Insulin like growth-factor protein 1), during pregnancy the concentration of the protein becomes elevated in the Amniotic Sac. The diagnostic test has high sensitivity and specificity with an easy to read result guaranteed 5 minutes after the dipstick has been removed from the extraction fluid.
