- We are currently developing new products or more advanced products to replace the current out of date technology, which are inadequate for the jobs they were designed for
- We only sell innovative products that show a clinical advantage to the customer, hence the name Clinical Innovations
- We are always striving to find better and more effective products that will suit the needs and requirements of the customer
- In the UK all orders received before 2pm (14:00) will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery before 5.00pm (UK only)
- Customers can set up standing orders and have regular deliveries, which are flexible and cater for the customers needs. Standing orders also save the customer time and money, as they only have to raise one order and they get a discount for the more products ordered
- Complimentary training on products is given when a new customer takes on a new product and repeated, usually on demand, free of charge
- Customer queries are usually dealt with quickly and promptly by a courteous and knowledgeable of staff
